1. Services

Earn by Trading offers online courses, a live trading room membership and 1:1 mentorship for educational purposes.

2. Accounts and access

Course and membership access is for one person and may not be shared, resold or recorded for redistribution.

3. Payments and refunds

• Courses: refundable within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of content has been viewed.
• Live Trading Room: monthly or annual subscription; cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.
• Mentorship: unused sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice; packages are non-refundable once the first session is held.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos and templates are owned by Earn by Trading.

6. Limitation of liability

Earn by Trading is not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from use of our content.
